No, no sub category seats of boys quota can be given to girls and vice-versa.
There is a separate quota and reservations for both the genders in any such entrance exams which cannot be taken by the candidates of outer or other quota/reservation/gender.
So,you are not supposed to get the boys- sub category seat even if you have higher marks then them.
The only way is that,if after counselling any seat remains vacant and the college decided to make it a open seat then only you can get it.
