can we apply ews certificate in 2nd or 3rd year of college because in first year i wont be able to make the certificate so can i put the certificate in 2nd year of my college ?

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should certainly submit the caste validity certificate at the time of admissions as it is mandatory document and should be submitted at the time of counselling or admissions. You should certainly submit it at the time else it won't be accepted in 2nd or 3rd year of college as you will be treated as general category student.
