Can we apply for the same college in 85% state quota counselling if we have also applied for that college in AIQ 15% Counselling?

Hi dear,
You can apply for the same college under 85% State quota only. If you are resident of same state where that medical college you should apply under home state quota only. Under home state quota your chances get increase to get seat there.
