can we attend more than 10 questions in section B in Neet ? what happens if we attend more than that!
Hello Aspirant,
See as we know that total 180 question are to be attempted by the candidate as per the norms from which there will be 35 questions from Section A and 10 questions from Section B in each subject. So if you attempt more than 10 than most probably your 180 questions will be completed earlier and some important to attempt questions will left and during checking of OMR only first 180 attempted questions will be scanned and as it crosses the limit of 180 it will give it's output without even considering the 181st output. So it is recommended to strictly adhere to the guidelines.
So the NEET UG 2021 exam pattern is as follows:-
>> NEET UG paper will consists of 4 subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Zoology and each subject will be divided in two sections, Section-A and Section-B.
>> Now Section-A will consists of 35 compulsory questions and Section-B A will consists of 15 questions out of which only 10 questions to be attempted of the choice of candidate.
>> 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer so make sure to tick only on the answer for which you are sure to avoid negative marking.
>> Total Marks for NEET UG 2021 will be 720 marks and all questions will be MCQ type.
