what happens if attend all questions in section b

You haven't specify the name of the exam. Most of the exams have negative marks so mark only the answers that you are sure of.
If you are talking about neet, there is slight change in exam pattern this year. Out of 200 questions only 180 questions have to be attempted. If you mark more than that, only the first 180 answers would be considered.The questions in the NEET exam pattern are divided into two sections - Section A and B. Section A contains 35 questions while Section B will have 15 questions. Of these 15 questions in Section B, candidates need to answer 10 questions. So during evaluation only 10 questions would be considered.
