Sourabh, the answer to your query is YES. Many IITs offer other courses than engineering too and these are quite coveted courses as they are offered by IITs. Here I am listing a few courses other than engineering offered at some of the IITs:-

INTEGRATED 5 YR MSC in PHYSICS

INTEGRATED 5 YR MSC in CHEMISTRY
