Can we get 600 above in neet if we study for 20 days fully and other 20 day for revision and question paper solving??

There are 97 chapters (biology+chemistry+physics). So its very very difficult to even complete 97 chapters within 20 days if a student hasn not done anything before.
However, for revision, 40 days are sufficient to fulfil your target.

Yes, that is all depends on your spirit. That is , if you study all topics thoroughly then your chances to get 600 is sure. But the revision 20 days is sometimes is not enough. In this case you have to do hard work. And dedication is mandatory. All the best
