Your NEET UG scores are too low to secure you a seat in a medical college. It is highly unlikely that you will get a seat in a mop up round.
And as far as donations are concerned, it is illegal to take admission in medical colleges via any other process other than the official counselling process. So taking admission via donations will be considered as fraudulence and may even result into cancellation of your candidature and subsequent barring from sitting for NEET in the following years.
