can we go out of the hostel to see cinema for 3 hrs?

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that discpline and restrictions of the hostels depends on college to college . Usually for girls hostels are quite strict they dont allow girls to go out after a certain time . In some universities , they allow masters students to go out whenever they want instead of late night wheras in some universities they maintain proper records of students . Its totally depends on the college in which you are going
