I am assuming you as a school student and if you are studying in a school which has hostel facilities the school management itself will arrange the necessary timings to make you study in the hostel. Staff who stays in the hostel will also guide you regarding your doubts. So, there is no need of going to tutions outside the hostel.

Generally, hostels don't provide tuitions and one has to go out if they want to join any tution. However, it is different for every hostel.
