Can we ignore middle name in Medcal college admissions form while it's included in my 10 th and 10+2 certificates?

No, you can't miss your middle name during admission.
You name should be same in 10th and 12th certificate.
Nowhere your name is changed.
If changed then there may be occur problem during admission.
