Yes, you can get into Indian Navy after doing MBBS through The Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS).
Your age should be less than 30.
There are two types of entry in the Army Medical Corps one is SSC (Short Service Commission) and second one is PC (permanent Commission).
The Permanent Commission is granted only to those candidates who complete their medical Education from the Military College.
For SSC entry the eligibility criteria is given below :
The Selection of the candidates is done through the three phases of Exams. A candidate will have to appear for the Written Examination, SSB Interview and then Medical Examination, etc.
The eligibility criteria requires a candidate to to have medical degree in MBBS, Post Graduate Diplomas or Post Graduates MD/MS, etc.

There are two types of commissions, Permanent Commission (PC) and Short Service Commission (SSC). Doctors from civil medical colleges at entry are offered only SSC. Pay & allowances and terms & conditions of service, except the duration of service and provision of retirement benefits are broadly similar for both types of commission.
SSC officers are required to serve for a minimum period of 5 years. The SSC may be extended by another two terms of 5 years and then 4 years up to a maximum of 14 years.

For Army Medical Corps (AMC), a doctor who has done a house job and also a post graduate qualification will be eligible for a maximum antedate seniority of 42 months.
If your alma mater is Armed Force Medical College (AFMC), you are granted commission in AMC after completing your MBBS.
For, Army Dental Corps (ADC), BDS with minimum 60% marks in final year/ MDS from a recognised college or university is required. He/She should have completed one year rotatory internship recognised by the Dental Council of India and should be in possession of Permanent Dental Registration Certificate.

yes you can join navy after MBBS. You have to apply for Army medical corps - short service commission (AMC SSC) after completing MBBS. you will be called before the interview board constituted by the DGAFMS. upon clearing the interview , you will undergo medical examination
