Hello bhoomika,

Mostly mobile phones are allowed in every college,but yes they will warn you if you use mobile phone during lectures, no colleges bans phone ,as you are a responsible adult from now you can chose what's wrong and what's good for you.

Yes there are some rules and regulations you need to follow.
