Hi Aspirant
You can withdraw your seat before the beginning of seventh round of counseling.
Withdrawing your name after the seventh round of counseling might cause some problems.
You will not get any refund back. So you must withdraw your name before seventh round of counseling in case you decide to withdraw your name.
