can we withdraw the seat in Round &th in JoSAA 2019?

Hello aspirant,
If you have secured a seat and now you want to cancel your seat, then you can withdraw it. Also, if you have paid amount for securing the seat then it will be reimbursed to you according to the fee policy. And, then you can apply for another college whichever you want.
