Yes you can pair your white top with white pants .Stick to the rules set by NTA for NEET exam which includes wearing clothes which are simple and plain .Avoid clothes with embroidery,broaches,metal studs ,zips . you can wear either salwars  or trousers .In footwear only slippers and sandals with low heels are allowed.Dont forget to carry your ID proof along with your admit card for identification purpose.

Yes you can wear white top with white pants but make sure they do not violate NTA deess code policy.  Your clothes should not be decorated , have embroidery, patterns or zips and chains hanging around. The clothes should be light coloured. Keep in mind that your top should not be full sleeves.
