Most of the students are confused between PGDM and MBA courses but both are different from each other. MBA is usually a degree course while PGDM being a diploma course, the simple difference lies in the fact that most autonomous institutions that have management courses offer a PGDM degree instead of an MBA degree. For joining any institute to pursue PGDM the basic eligibility criteria are to have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with most institutes demanding a minimum of 50% part obtained in the Bachelors and the institution where you undertook your Bachelors should be necessarily recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
The first thing you should look forward to joining any PGDM course is the institute rating because good business schools will provide you with better facilities and good packages.
