For admission in any medical college in India including the medical colleges in Assam through NEET you require a minimum aggregate of atleast more than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together in your 12th class boards if you belong to the general category. You also need to pass class 12th boards with PCBE subjects.
