You can apply for the counselling by filling a registration form. It will be notified on the pfficiof site, so just keep on checking on the website once the result is out.. Once you have applied for it, the counselling procedure takes place online for AIQ 15% seats.. You have to choose colleges according to your preference and wait .. Usually there are 2 rounds and after that the AIQ seats are reverted to the individual states, then after you will have state counselling which is usually offline that depends upon the state..
