Can you tell me positive and negative side of taking B.Tech ECE and B.Tech CSE and the jobs I am going to get after taking that particular course

B.Tech is a good course. ECE and CSE are the two major streams of B.Tech. Mostly students choose these two branches.
In CSE you have to deal with software , programming , computers related work. Generally in all colleges CSE students have major placements . In top institutes like IIT'S the packages even reaches upto Crores. Also in NIT's and IIIT's the packages are very much in lakhs.
CSE students are in great demand in both govt. as well as private sector. They can have jobs like Software Developer, Data Scientist , Data Analyst , Computer Network architect etc.
In ECE you have to mainly deal with networks , semiconductor devices etc. Students from this branch also get very big packages . But these are less than CSE branch. This course is also a good choice .Same as the CSE students ECE students are in great demand in both govt. as well as in private sector.
They can have job like Electronics Engineer , System Control Engineer, in VLSI etc.
No course from these two is bad , but one thing is must that you have to work very hard. In todays life competition is increasing very fast so you have to ber very hard working .
