Both options are good & has value in its fields. It all depends on area of your interest. BDS has good scope after this as a Dental Surgeon you will have good option. There are plenty of good jobs & higher study opportunities available after getting the degree in dentistry as a doctor, You can also start your own Clinic. The candidate having the BAMS degree is eligible to be called as a doctor and eligible to do the private practice, opportunities also exists in government sector. One can get job in government ayurveda hospital as ayurvedic pharmacist. After the completion of this course, candidates also have opportunity to open their own retail shop of Ayurveda medicines.

You can but Pursuing higher education after BAMS by taking up any courses would have a greater scope. BAMS graduates must undertake any kind of fellowship courses or certification courses in order to improve their career.
Can you plz suggest me which type of certificate courses are there?
There are various traditions of Ayurvedic practice like Panchbhautik Chikitsa, Nadi Pariksha, Dhatu Chikitsa, etc. which you can learn and follow them in your practice. One of the course like postgraduate diploma in Emergency Medicine, which is a short course of 6 months conducted in Modern Tertiary Healthcare Hospitals like Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai or Ruby Clinic in Pune can give a value addition to the clinical practice.
