Sorry, but you can't apply for and secure two different NEET seats at the same time; the exam is for entry into a single medical course, and you can only be admitted to one program. But you can appear again in the NEET exam while pursuing the MBBS degree.

Yes, you may give both exams NEET as Well as CET as their exam dates will not clash so you can write both the exams , NEET for medical MBBS and CET exams like MHT CET and KCET for pharmacy and engineering .
