Candidates with good score in CSIR exam can pursue PhD programs and add Doctoral or post Doctoral degrees to their portfolios. By opting a PhD degree , candidate can gain expertise in his field of Science like Mathematics.

Selected candidates after CSIR NET Exam have opportunities to go for Junior Research Fellowship / Lecturship . If candidate have score card ,he can apply for any of 38 CSIR Research labs.

The candidate will also be eligible for assistant professor as well as for pH D with a Scholarship if 25000 per month +HRA 10% for two years and then SRF for 3 years 28000 + HRA 10% per month.
