Caste and Income Certificate is issued by Tahsildar this year in which all the requirements asked for JEE Mains 2020 are given. Whether it is considered as OBC-NCL (Central List) or not. I know about Tahsildar office only. I am not knowing how and from where shall I get the OBC-NCL Certificate.

Dear Umesh, if your Certificate states that the family annual income from all sources is less than a certain amount, that will suffice as the proof of Income and if your Caste certificate mentions that you belong to OBC Category, that suffices as OBC Certificate. Both of them will be sufficient enough for OBC-NCL Certificate.
