CAT eligibility criteria requires 50% in graduation. Now I am a hons student. Am I be eligible if I get it in hons?or aggregate is required?

Yes. If you have bachelor's degree in any discipline then you are eligible to apply for CAT even it's Honor's in Engineering or Science, Arts, Commerce and Medical.
