If I'm not wrong then your question is
My percentile of JEE Mains January 2020 2nd shift under SC Category is 8.49 & you're willing to know your rank !! Right ?!
If this is your question then, comparing from last years cutoff you're not qualified for JEE Advanced. In any of the category (nor in General neither in SC).
Though this year's cutoff has not been released yet so,
It's hard to say right now what's your rank & whether you're qualified or not.
