All the three colleges which you have mentioned are the top colleges in Telangana.If these three colleges are to be prioritized in the order then it would be

• Chaintanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad
• VNR Viganana Jyoti Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bachupally
• Vasavi  college of engineering, Hyderabad

CBIT was ranked 100, VNR VJIET was ranked 109, Vasavi college of engineering was ranked 170 by NIRF.

CBIT>Vasavi>VNR

CBIT and Vasavi seems to be almost same and on par in terms of quality of education VNR is affiliated to JNTU while CBIT and Vasavi comes under Osmania University.
