Go to nearest govt engineering college of uptu and ask them the problem they resolve within a hour .Like when I facing problem regarding counselling I visited iet lucknow and they resolve my problem and also my doubts regarding counselling so kindly visited as soon as soon as possible because when I went there for enquiry I see many student came there with same same issue as you are facing now and believe me if choice filling time over then nothing will chance.

you may check on upsee official website in that inlast you may see a option name know your college and then preferred your best match and in my point of view no govt college in gaziabad
why not I have got a seat of computer science and engineering in meerut university and then I float it for the second round.
