A tuition fee is usually the amount of money required for instruction. It is clarified that the amount allowable as tuition fee shall include any payment of a fee to any university, college, school, or other educational institutions in India except the amount representing payment like development fees or donation or capitation fees or donation or payment of similar nature.
College fee includes your electricity fee, your every facility that is provided by the college. It also includes your course payment and the exams and opportunities they give them.
