Hello,
Firstly, you need to add 1 bromopropane, KOH and boil it, and do the process of Dehydrohalogenation .
Now, do the process of markovnikov addition with the presence of HBr on the product from the previous step.
You will get the the desired result i.e, 2 bromo propane.
