Although you haven't mentioned the name of the competitive exam, or the course, you are talking about, I'll list down some books, which are available in English and telugu too. Some of them are-

- Ever latest general knowledge book (Telugu Medium)
- General Knowledge for Civil, Group 1, Group 2, all other competitive exams (Telugu Medium) by RC Reddy Publications.
- Another best books for general knowledge are Lucent's General Knowledge book and Manorama Yearbook. However, this books are in English Medium. But these are considered as the best for preparation.
- Not only books, you have to go through Daily News Event, Read Magazines and watch TV News.
