Hi Madhura
I would first advise you don't get worked up. An effective timetable means that you are getting enough time to sleep and rest along with your studies . It is not possible for anyone to give you a timetable because it is your time and you will be the best decision maker for this.
Make sure that you at least revise twice everything that you have read especially NCERT books and practice previous year question papers. Try to solve MCQs, it will increase your speed and will help you prepare for the exam objectively.
Meditation and exercising will also be helpful for you in retaining what you are studying. Make a list of all the formulas in Physics and chemical reactions in Chemistry. When it comes to Biology since it comprises 90 questions carrying 180 marks, I would advise you to strengthen your concepts.
It will need a lot of perseverance from your side but I am sure you will be happy after giv i ng your best shot . It doesn't matter how many hours that you give in a day, the only thing matter is that every hour of preparation should bring you closer to your goal of performing well in NEET.
I hope it helps.
Good luck!
