Could i get sgsits cs or it branch with domicile and air of 49440 and obc rank 12811??

Hello !
In SGSITS CS branch is quite demanded and tough. Being the most prominent branch everybody's first option is CS. The competition is very high. As your rank is 12k even though domicile it seems quite tough for you to get into CS. But I will suggest you to wait till second and third counselling. It might be upgraded and you might get a chance. If you are very specific about your branch CS seems uncertain but you can go for IT the chances are quite high.
