In order to take admission into NITs, you have to first sit for the JEE Mains examinations. Then, based on your score in the exam, your rank and result will be released. Following this, the counselling procedure will begin where you will have to do choice-filling. Based on your rank and choice-filling, the respective streams and NITs that you are eligible for will be displayed. Then you have to complete further admission processes as laid down by the institute.
