Currently giving class XII (NON MED) BOARDS. Average in studies. Kindly suggest forms I need to fill for B Tech. Please suggest other good carrier options beside B Tech. Living in Delhi NCR.

Considering your situation you should apply for the maximum engineering entrance exam as possible since you may qualify some or the other.
Now i suggest you to fill the entrance exams which has no negative marking criteria there are various institutes such as SRM,VIT and if you want to continue your studies in karnataka then you can apply for COMEDK which is a easy exam compared to all the exams and there is no negative marking too.

Other than engineering for Non Med you can go for BBA ,BCA,b.sc,
Pilot (Indian Flying schools provide CPL program with a duration as long as 2–3 years.It takes 18–24 months in getting the Commercial Pilot license after acquiring a flying experience of at least 200 hours)
Railway Apprentice Exam (Training of 4 years after selection. Further,candidates take up leadership positions in the Indian Railways as Class 1 officers)

For Btech You can give following entrance exam :

• JEE Mains Exam
• IPU CET
• Admission to DU and other institutes are mostly based on JEE Main exam

Other courses you can do other than B.Tech. are :

• Architecture
• Computer application
• Bsc in nautical technology
• Btech in naval architecture and ship building
• HND Nautical science or marine engineering
• Bsc
• Commercial pilots
• Sc in aviation science
• defence
• NDA Exam
