Customary dress means religious dress like burka.
If you have any custmary dress then you have to mention yes and if you don't have then you have to mention no.

The question means that whether the Candidates has their own customory dress code or religious dress code which is against the dress code provided. If yes then you have to mention yes and vice versa.
