Common Admission Test CAT is conducted every year for admission to MBA courses in IIMs and other Bussiness schools in India.
Teh cutoff in CAT exam is to the minimum percetile the candidate requires to qualify for the next round of selection process.
The cutoff for general category for old IIMs, FMS, MDI Gurgaon is usually 99+ percentile.
And for new IIMs such as IIM Ranchi etc and other top B Schools it is around 90 percentile.
And for other tier 2 and  tier 3 B Schools it is between 80 to 85 percentile.

However these are previous year cutoffs and might change this year depending on the difficulty of the exam and number of students appearing etc.
