As per record as per record of neet 2020 minimum qualifying percentile and score of SC and ST category is 40th percentile which is between 113-146 marks. For OBC 40th percentile which is between 146-113 And for OTHERS 50th percentile which is between marks 147 to 720 marks.

Cutoff changes every year depending on the factors like number of students appearing, number of seats available, difficulty of paper, checking of paper.
And in neet 2021 for pwd the cutoff marks is 107. But you cannot get a government seat by just clearing cutoff. You have to secure 500+ marks so that you are eligible for the government seats.
