Hello!!
According to age eligibility criteria of NEET prescribed by National Testing Agency (NTA),the candidate should attain minimum 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the admission year.
As per your mentioned birth date and year, the candidates won't be able to attain 17 years of age on or before 31december 2023 and hence won't be eligible for NEET 2023 .
