Dear sir, I have qualified 12th in 2017 and already taken two attempt of jee main ,can i attempt both jee main of 2019?

Yeah definitely you can able to write the JEE 2019 as you have given your 2 attempts for JEE Mains and you are left out with one more. Infact the best thing is that from next year you can able to write the two papers of JEE Mains which is in the month of January and April.
