Dear sir, I have qualified 12th in 2017. Can i attempt jee main of April session of 2019 if I have already taken two step?
JEE Main: Chapter Wise Weightage | Syllabus | Most Scoring Topics: Jan | April | Test Series

But yes.. you can apply for Jee mains and can sit for the exam. NITs do accept 2 years droppers.
But you won't be eligible to give Jee advance exam. For advance, maximum of 1 year gap is allowed.
Nevertheless..NITs are also very good.. Many good NITs are even better than IIts..
So work hard.. you'll surely get success.
All the best.
Yes 100% you can give jee in 2019 as jee gives 3 attempts to every individual so you can comfortably give the exam work hard and give you best this time because its now or never.Lots of wishes to you.
Goodluck!
