Dear Sir, My son got 108517 Rank under OBC 3A in NEET 2019. Please let me know in which Govt. colleges in Karnataka he would get the seat.

At this rank it would be really difficult for you to score any government college seat for MBBS in Karnataka.
That rank is straight away not that well up the mark.
Given you have the category advantage, I would recommend you to drop for another year and give your preparations another attempt.
