Please note that my daugher 10th Certificate is having only Name and there is no Surname on the certificate but in other Govt issued documents like Adharcard,Passport and Pancard are having name and surname both.
kinldy advise will it be any issue for attending NEET Enterence Test in May 2026

Please note that recently I have added her surname on the Govt issued docuemnts like Adharcard,Passport & Pancard in 2025.

kinldy need you advise on this as she will going to attend NEET Test in 2026 for her Midical purpose.

Hello Sir,

Your daughter can appear for NEET 2026 even if the Class 10 certificate has only her name and no surname, as long as the details in the NEET application form match her valid ID proof such as Aadhaar or Passport. The Class 10 certificate is mainly used for date of birth verification, while identity can be confirmed through government ID documents. Since the surname has already been added to Aadhaar, Passport, and PAN card, it should generally not create any issue. If required, corrections can also be made during the NEET application correction window.
