Dear Rehman, Cut off varies from State to State and College to College. It depends on various factors like no. of students appearing in NEET, difficulty of the exam, no. of seats available and the highest score in NEET 2019. PWD has its reservation in connection with the Cateogory you belong to like OBC-H, SC-PH, ST-PH. For General Category PWD, the cut off was 118-107; for OBC PWD/SC PWD/ST PWD it was 106-96. Now not every candidate who has qualified in NEET can get an admission in a Medical college, your score should be nothing less than 200. And if your selection is under PH Category, then you have to produce Disability certificate from one of the Disability Assessment boards. They are:
So, even if you have a disability certificate, you will have to get assessed here in one of these 4 Institutions.
- Vardhmana Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi
- All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitayion, Mumbai
- Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Kolkata
- Madras Medical College, Chennai.
So, even if you have a disability certificate, you will have to get assessed here in one of these 4 Institutions.

According to the previous years cutoff trends, the opening rank for the physically handicapped students was around 19000 while the closing rank was around 33 thousand in the all india rank.
For BDS , it was around 2 lakh to 3 lakh all India rank.
The respective Medical boards constituted at a State or district levels are the certifying authority to issue disability certificate. The board consists of a chief medical officer/ sub divisional medical officer in the District and another expert in the specified field.
Good luck
