Congratulations! According to your JEE Mains percentile, rank and category, you will not be able to get a CSE seat in NIT Warangal or NIT Trichy. However, this is only predicted using previous year cutoffs and can change this year.
For the safer side, I would recommend you to have your options opened up for the other NITs other than these two above. You would definitely be able to get CSE in one of the others.
