148296 is really a low rank even for obc category, i dont think so you will be getting a merit seat for this score, no issues u can try for other colleges and also u can give your best and prepare for the next exam. Keep an open option keep trying different colleges, iam sure you will get a good one or you also have an option to prepare for the next exam.
