To be considered eligible for NEET, you will be required to pass in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology individually. I hope grace marks implies that you have passed in Physics and these marks are mentioned on your mark sheet. Apart from this, if belonging to the unreserved category, you will be required to score a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate (40% is for reserved category candidates and 45% for Gen-PwD candidates).
In case of AIIMS, the minimum marks required in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English is 60% for unreserved and OBC category candidates while SC/ST/PwD candidates need to score a minimum of 50% to be deemed eligible.
