Kindly specify, you have mentioned your All India Rank or your category rank?
If it is your All India Rank, then chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under Telangana Counselling but you have chances for admission to private colleges.
If you have provided your category rank, then kindly mention your AIR so I can answer you accordingly.

Hi mam,
The chances for any of your Children getting seat in Government Medical College of Telangana are very less. There is no criteria of free seats but the Government Medical colleges have less fees say 50k to 2lac yearly.
With the All India Rank of 24069 , Your Daughter may get seat in Government college in Female Open Category But your Son with AIR 56778 may get seat in any Government college of Telangana.
