Hi Fatima, NEET MDS form is out for 2018 session... Its available on www.nbe.edu.in...online registration started since 31st October..... LAST DATE of form submission is 27.11.2017.... Exam is on 07 January 2018, declaration of result - 31st January, 2018

As per the current information, the registration should be started in the last week of Oct but as of now it is not out so tentatively it can be released at anytime whereas last date of registration and fee submission should be first week of December 2017.
