Did I need to register again for mop up round if I had register for 2 round of MCC AIQ neet 2019???

Nope, you don't need to register yourself afresh for the Mop-up Round of MCC AIQ NEET 2019, if you have already registered yourself once while participating in Round 1 or Round 2.
You can continue with the same registered profile to continue with the Mop-up Round.
